I have a frozen screen with a blue diamond logo stuck since last night!
I read other solutions and can't get them to work.
Very frustrating because I have only had this thing since then end of April, April of 2025, that is barely 3 months!
this is what the screen looks like, please advise! Your products should last longer than 3 months.

I don't understand because I have a charge 6, but this opened under the Ace LTE page. If my case isn't filed correctly will they still be able to help?
