Charge 6 has shutdown 3 times over the past 2 days....

I had a good start with my Charge 6, however Monday night it shut down, so no sleep tracking. Got it back up using the reset process with the cable.

Three hours later when I went to pay for something, it had shutdown again.😠

Third time was last night, no sleep tracking, no health metrics, no readiness score, no heart rate monitoring. Restarted this morning.😒 I also charged the device to 100% at about 12:00 yesterday, today at 09:00 it's showing 55%!

Has anyone else experienced this behavior and any fixes? I think I have a faulty Charge 6.

I have a Charge 5, for 2 years, it probably did this just once and never repeated.

@DavidNS I would do a complete factory reset of the device and see if that fixes the issue moving forward. It's possible there's some sort of bug causing this behavior, so a factory reset would be my next step.
