I've had the Charge 6 for a few weeks now and since the last time I charged it the push notifications no longer vibrate when received by the watch. Emails, texts, calls etc. Other vibrations work fine - steps, zone minutes - so it's not a problem with the vibration, just the notifications.
I've just charged it again thinking it might reset something but nothing has changed.
I really like the vibrate for notifications feature so will be sending it back if I can't resolve this.

Hello,
I have uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit app, restarted my device, ensured that DND and Sleep mode are off, but I am still not getting the vibration notification for calls, texts, emails. I only get it for excercise.
Thank you

Hi @Djarias, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
I'm sorry to hear your notifications for calls, texts & emails are not being received. I appreciate the effort you have already made by reinstalling the app and checking settings.
Have you already setup your notifications in the Fitbit app ? Make sure to follow the steps listed in our help article How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? below the section "How do I set up notifications?"
I hope these instructions will be helpful.

I am having the same issues. It was working fine, now all of a sudden the vibrate has stopped for notifications. I repaired my device and watched, I restarted, checked Bluetooth, dnd and sleep mode are both off. What else???

I use my Charge 6 with Apple, and wouldn’t you know I found my messages were actually open on my Mac. As soon as I quit out of the Messages app, my vibration notifications returned for texts. I also disabled the app on the computer from receiving for my cell number.
