Charge 6 has white line at full brightness at bottom of screen

After charging today, the charge6 has developed a HORIZONTAL line at the bottom of the screen that does not go away after a restart. It's super distracting as it is at full brightness, much brighter than the rest of the screen.

 

I'm assuming it is a hardware issue. Where do I go to ask for a warranty repair ?

Have you first tried restarting the watch? Also if it's only on the watch face, I'd suggest changing watch faces to see if that makes any difference.

If it's a hardware issue you can contact customer support (here). Depending on the time in your country, different contact options might be available/unavailable.

I'm having the same issue. Randomly I have a super bright horizontal line at the bottom of the display no matter where I scroll. Were you able to fix yours?

I applied for a warranty repair and got a new device (just the device, not
a band).
