Charge 6 heart rate on equipment

Anyone having issues with heart rate not tracking when exercising?! 
it remained in the same zone at the same bpm for 20 mins. 
This is when paired with a peloton tread

There are lots of issues with HR broadcasting. It doesn't seem to work with all the equipment I own. I even tried to pair it with my Garmin watch as an external HRM and didn't work either. My bike computers are unable to pair. My treadmill doesn't pair. The only thing that works for me is my mobile phone.

I have the impression the Charge6 makes BPM mistakes in the beginning of my runs. I should never get over 150 BPM due to the fact that I am +70 yrs .... but since a week I see on Charge6 registered BPM over 160 - 170 which is not right according to the POLAR i use at the same time, same left arm. After a couple of minutes it seems  all of a sudden to correctly measure the BPM-rate. Anyone?

Heart rate monitor does not work for me either. I’ve called customer service twice and they have not been able to fix it
