Has anyone found a fix or got an update from Fitbit support on when high/low heart rate notifications will be fixed in the Fitbit app? I receive the notification on my charge 6 but if I click view in app nothing happens, and the alerts do not display in the ‘you’ tab under high heart rate notifications or on the daily heart rate screen. It just says you have no notification despite me getting them multiple times a week on device.
I have contacted support about this over a month ago and was told they would get back to me but they never did. I tried factory resetting the watch, restarting my phone, turning the notifications off and back on, deleted the app and reinstalled it, etc.
I just bought the charge 6 in June after my charge 5 died and primarily did for this feature that they advertised so it’s disappointing to have it not work and not see any response from support.

Hello @Morgan1434 and welcome to the Community. This issue hasn't been fixed. Fitbit hasn't given a time frame for a fix.
