For several weeks now, my Charge 6 isn’t logging my full night’s sleep. It’s only capturing a couple hours. Sensitivity is set to “normal” & I’ve tried restarting the Charge 6.

Hi @K-Roll, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Let me help you with your sleep tracking.
App updates are usually meant to improve the data tracking. Did you get an app update recently?
Another reason your sleep is not being detected lately, it may be because your sleep is not optimal (I speak by my own experience).
When you make significant movements like rolling over, your device records time spent awake. Normal mode is appropriate for most users.
Did you get at least a sleep log including your sleep pattern ? If you did, see our help article What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages? below "Why aren’t my sleep stages showing up today?"
In addition you cant take a look at this same help article but below the section "What are some tips for getting a good night's sleep?"

Hello @K-Roll
Have you had a chance to edit your sleep log in the Fitbit app? If so, what do you see after you correct your sleep & wake times?

Hello @K-Roll
I've had that before.
Go to the previous day. The first part of your sleep is likely there as additional sleep. When you delete that log, you should be able to edit the other sleep log with the correct time for your sleep.

Hello @K-Roll
Just to confirm, you don't have any tattoos or scars on your wrist where you wear your Charge 6, right?
Are you also having issues with heart rate tracking? No problems with the green light on the back of the Charge 6?
One option that you could try is wearing your Charge 6 on the inside of your wrist. Some users have found that wearing the device on the inside of their wrist gave them more consistent sleep tracking.

Thanks for confirming, @K-Roll .
I hope wearing the Fitbit on the inside of your wrist will work. If not, there's something not right with your device.

It isn’t sharp movements and interruptions. The Fitbit seems to arbitrarily record only half the hours either on the front or back end of a night’s sleep.
