My charge 6 is way underestimating mileage. Units are set to feet/miles. I walk a couple miles a day and the most it shows in maybe 0.25 mi. Today we walked 1.9 miles per the MyFitnessPal tracker and my wife’s Charge 6 showed 1.5 miles. My charge 6 re order 0.53 miles. Have never found anything on a Fitbit that works as intended.

I have the opposite problem. My new Charge 6 reads consistently about 9 percent high, and it seems to be the GPS, not step counter. My regular run is exactly 4 miles. My old Ionic was very accurate, always within 1 percent (.04 miles off at the worst). My Charge 6 reads about 4.35 to 4.4 miles for the same run every day. I though it was the step counter and/or stride length, but when I multiply steps by stride, it's correct. But the watch always reads high, so I figure a GPS problem, but it's very consistently off on the exact some path. Help!

I am having same issue. Walk/jog a 4 mile route that has tracked correctly with two other devices and I even tested in car. One day it tracks 3.1, next day 3.4. Never the same and never that close to 4 miles. Added a mile to route and showed me 3.6. Talked to support and they assured me it would be fixed in 2 weeks with a patch. It’s been a month and still the same. I’m ready to give up.
