Hi,
My wife and I both have Charge 6s, and both use iPhones. I have no problem with mine, but she can’t get hers to stay connected consistently. It frequently shows that phone-with-a-line-through-it symbol. What should we check to get better results for her?

Thanks for the reply. The issue is not the status indicator per se, it’s the fact that the Charge 6 can’t see the phone even when they are inches apart and the phone’s Bluetooth settings say it is connected.
We have both owned two different Fitbits, and the Bluetooth has been a headache the whole time. Millions of devices use Bluetooth—why is this still hard for Fitbit?
