I've just received a new Fitbit (upgraded from Charge 4 to 6) and it has worked fine for the first few days.
This morning I've noted that it is not synching properly with my iphone app. The data showing under today is actually from yesterday (I haven't burnt 2400 cals by 10am! 😄). Data on my watch and on the computer dashboard seem to be correct.
I've tried to resynch the watch several times (and it is recording that it has synched). Have checked that the bluetooth is on too. Have also turned the phone off and back on.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks!

@GiesenGal Other iPhone users are having the same issue. I'm one of them. For me, this started when I got v4.06 of the Fitbit app. Fitbit is aware of the problem. The daily workaround is to use the left arrow at the top to go back a day, then go forward to today.

Two hours later and it seems to have fixed itself. Strange that it happened. Good that it's ok now.

5 days later and this is still an issue. Monday's walk is recorded as happening on Sunday, and this morning's swim pops up as yesterday on the 'exercise days' record. Annoying.... never had this issue with my previous Charge 4.
It's like the Fitbit app is operating on a US time zone even though I am GMT+10.

In the morning, make sure to kill the app and relaunch it. I have had this problem as well. I just kill the app and relaunch it and it gets fixed. Hope this helps!

Thanks John - but what do you mean by 'kill the app' and relaunch? Log in and log out?

No. If you are on Iphone, swipe up slowly on the Iphone home screen and it will show you all the apps that are currently open. Then, close the Fitbit app and then open it again. Hope this was a bit more clear. I am not sure how this works on Samsung or Google Pixel.

Hi there,
My mum bought the Charge 6 earlier this week and this problem is now happening on the fitbit app, she is an iPhone user. I use a Samsung and do not have this problem with my Charge 6.
Have fitbit come up with a work around?
Thanks, V
