Charge 6 is no longer charging

My daughter bought me charge 6 for Christmas and its been working fine until Saturday when the screen started flashing on and if with a white screen then stopped working altogether.   It now won't charge at all either any ideas why?

Hi, @Xx24xx , sometimes when a Fitbit appears to be not charging, the issue is that instead it is not responding.  So I would suggest that, even if it does not appear to be charging, pug it in and charge it to a charger and outlet known to be working.  Make sure it has had a good two hours plugged in.  Then I would recommend, while it is still plugged in and charging, use the method described here for how to restart your Fitbit.  

You could also try changing the clock face.  You do that in the app and the instructions are here .  Don’t forget to sync!  (And if you are having trouble synching take a look at  this help article for troubleshooting a Fitbit that won’t sync.

Having said all that, if the screen on your Charge 6 is malfunctioning only weeks after purchase, and these simple software fixes don’t make it better then I would certainly recommend making a warranty claim as your Fitbit is not functioning as expected.  You can reach Fitbit Customer Support, and start the process if necessary on Contact.Fitbit.com .
