Charge 6 is not charging completely

My Charge 6 is only a few months old but the max charge I get on it is 45%. It then stops charging and the battery power starts to drop even though connected to the charger. Any help please? Is it faulty?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Charge 6 not completely charging. I understand how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you.

Hello @Moonhead 

If the troubleshooting that the Moderator recommended doesn't work, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click). Complete the prompt in Step 1. Tap Continue in Step 2 (ignore Resources) to get to Step 3 which has the contact options for Support. 

If they determine that your Charge 6 is faulty, they will let you know what are your options under warranty.
