I now have my Charge 6 since 2 month and I am experiencing that the Charge 6 no longer synchronizes reliably. I constantly have to restart my phone (Galaxy A34) and even then a third of the measurement (sleep or training duration) is often missing. It seems I'm not the only one who expirience this issue, so when this will be fixed?

Hello @meoda
There have been issues on the Fitbit side that affected data syncing & data discrepancies. One of the issues appears to have been fixed. I'm not sure if there are still other issues that are being fixed that impact syncing between Fitbit devices and the app.
Hopefully, you'll start seeing better syncing between your Charge 6 and the Fitbit app, if not now, then soon.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @meoda. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is no longer syncing reliably. Thanks for letting us know that you have to constantly restart your phone. I'll be glad to assist.
As @RiekoC mentioned, there have been some syncing issues lately but our team is aware and working on fixing this situation.
You can always check help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I don't unpair or reset anything. Initially, I initiate the phone restarting and immediately followed by the restart of my Fitbit Charge 6. This procedure typically resolves the sync issue. It is necessary to perform this procedure each time it fails to synchronize. It seems to be effective for me.

Same here. But is this your first hit watch? Or you been done used many others? Cause I only had an upgrade to the new charge 6 for 1 month now and I can tell the sleep timer don’t start counting when it’s my sleep time and also doesn’t synchronizes reliably. Please text me

Thanks ,
believe me I checked "Why won't my Fitbit device sync?" a couple of times but this doesn't solve the issue at all. Nevertheless since 3 days the auto sync works again (for whatever reason) but measurements are not 100% correct (like training counter), but for the moment I can live with that. But for me it’s also clear that these issues never happened with Charge 4 or charge 5, so it looks pretty much as a charge 6 problem.

Hi @Lynn_moore,
nope, not first time, I used the whole charge series since charge 2. Regarding sleep timer, good point, I also wonder why sometimes the sleep time is counted correctly and sometimes (not often) is not.
Thanks
