Hi there, I have tried clearing my app cache, restarting and reinstalling / adding my charge 6 again (all of the things posted on this forum) and nothing is working. Any advice please? Or do I have a defect? Thanks

I meant skin temperature. (Not body temp)

Hello @Skohlsie
Just confirming that you're not seeing your skin temperature variation in the Health Metrics tile. Are you having problems with your Charge 6 tracking any other Health Metric data?

Hi. Thank you. I checked the Health Metrics and it’s there. I guess I was mislead by no data showing in Today. Now I just have to figure out how to turn it to Celsius! Thank you for replying. Have a good day.

Thanks. I sorted that out, but it’s saying my skin temperature is -0.1C so that can’t be right? Anyway, I’m less interested in my temperature as I’m sleeping. I was hoping we could see at any one point or an average over the day. But thanks for replying again!

Hello @Skohlsie
That reading looks right. The Charge 6 tracks skin temperature variation during your sleep. This help page has more information on this feature: How does Fitbit track skin temperature variation (<-- click link).
As far as I know, there isn't a Fitbit device that tracks or provides a daily average for skin temperature. If there is one, I expect someone will chime in with the information.
