I have a Charge 6, SPO2 is on the Fitbit app on my phone and the tracker displays SPO2, but it never measures anything. It hyst shows two dashes at the bottom of the tracker screen.
I use an Android phone.
I opened the app and removed SPO2 from the app, restarted the tracker, reinstalled SPO2 in the app, restarted teh tracker, updated the tracker todayto version 66.20001.220.21 and it still does not display SPO2.
I am not sure what else to do. I am in Texas in case this is a location or regional issue as some threads indicated that at one time SPO2 was not universal but only in certain regions or countries.

Hi there, @j1greene. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forus. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 is still not tracking your SpO2 data. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why didn't I receive SpO2 data?. If you're in Texas, you should receive your SpO2 data.
After waking up and syncing your data, it takes 60 minutes or so for the SpO2 feature to show the nighttime average SpO2 value and range. If the issue continues after taking the above into consideration, please try again the next night.
