Charge 6 is off and not charging

My Fitbit, charge 6 isn't charging and has turned off.

What should I do to troubleshoot it, and where can I get help from Fitbit?

Are the contacts on the back of the tracker and charging cable clean?

Have you tried a different charging source or a different charging cable?

I've tried charging my Charge 6 for over two hours using a different power source, but it's still not working.

Unfortunately, I don't have another charging cable to test.
