Over my last few runs Charge 6 isnt breaking down my time per mile. Under “Pace” in the exercise breakdown it shows Lap 1 and inaccurate information. It used to break down my time for each mile which was really helpful.
It appears to be tracking my overall distance and time just fine.
It appears everything is updated to the latest releases.
Thanks!!

THANK YOU! I thought I was the only one having this issue and going crazy! This started happening with my charge 6 at the same time. I never had this issue until the start of September. Now all my runs either read lap 1 with incorrect pace time or it calculates my 1.5 mile pace which is useless to me. Have you been given a solution? This is my second Fitbit and I’m fed up with them messing up after about a year of owning them.

I was beginning to think I was the only one with the issue! I have not been given any information on how to solve the problem so I am in the same place. Pace is always showing just one Lap with a random pace and distance. Not sure what to do.

Exactly! When I first experienced this it just read 1 lap with a random pace and distance, which were both incorrect. I’ve been changing the laps distance to different mileage before my runs and no matter what I change the length to .5, 1, 2 miles, it always just gives me the 1.5 mile lap increment. It was working perfectly up until September and ever since then nothing misreadings. What is doubly frustrating is that it also changed all of my previous runs to the read as 1 lap. It has to be a GPS issue from some sort of update. I really wish it would be corrected because the watch is pretty much pointless to me if I can’t get my 1 mile splits.
