I noticed my Charge 6 wasn’t receiving text/call notifications. It was receiving them earlier in the day but then it stopped. I tried to sync it and it wouldn’t sync. I troubleshooted the issue and was able to get it to sync after restarting the device. But my exercise that I had tracked did not show up on the app after I synced. I looked at my heart rate data and when I pulled up the minute by minute graph of my heart rate, there is a four hour gap where there is no data. It looks like it would if I was not wearing my Fitbit during that time period, but I was wearing it the entire time and I know it was tracking my heart rate because I tracked a cardio workout and it tracked my heart rate during my workout. It showed my exercise stats like normal on my device when I hit finish, but my exercise isn’t showing up on the app after I synced. I thought Fitbits stored up to 7 days worth of data, so I don’t understand how the data got lost. Even though my Fitbit apparently got disconnected for a period of time today, the data should still be on there, right? Does anyone know if there is a way to get it back? This is very frustrating and disappointing. This is my third Fitbit and I have never lost data before on my older ones. This Charge 6 is only two months old.

Your Charge 6 will store 7 days of detail data, and 23 more days of daily total.
However it sounds as if the software crashed/stopped responding. Hint is when you needed to do a restart to get the watch working

I just had this same thing happen. I had exercise from yesterday that was showing on the tracker when I went to bed. This morning upon syncing though it lost 3-4 hrs that now show blank. Big time annoying.
