This night the Time changed to winter time. My Fitbit charge 6 keeps displaying "Sync from the fitbit mobile app" I did the reset with the 3 times push while charging (74% full) and the it also can not connect bluetooth. I switched of my phone and the phone recognised the fitbit but will not connect. Then I set to forget the charge6 but still can not connect bluetooth. Resetted the fitbit itself again but it only displays this flashing Sync message.

A shor update.
Rebooted the mobile phone, after that an firmware update installed on charge 6 and after that the device came to life again.

Unfortunately, swiping down (or up or left or right) does not work. It only displayes the synchronise message.
-------
The 3 times push thing is while charging to press the button on the charging connector 3 times to reset the Fitbit.
-------
Luckily the battery drains relative fast now, so I wait till it is discharged and hopefully, it can be restarted then.

Fitbit doesn't handle the shift from Daylight Saving to Standard time very well. We see this issue twice a year. It usually messes up sleep and other health metrics and takes at least a day for everything to update correctly.
There's actually a 3rd way now to restart your Charge 6 using the charging cable. This help page (<-- click) describes the steps to follow. Basically, you're connecting & removing the Charge 6 from the charging cable instead of pressing the button on the cable.

@JeroenvW when you say that you forgot the Charge 6, are you referring to your phones Bluetooth, and not removing the Charge 6 from your Fitbit Account?
With a BT Low Energy Device, you need an app to connect BT. You will not be able to connect through the phones BT.
Things to try.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem here Charge stucks in "sync from the fitbit mobile app" message not reacting to any button action suddenly over night from 25th to 26th.
Reset tricks (3 times button to push or power cable reconnect cycle) do not work.
App shows the device with no information but data seems to be collected.
Having the device running out of battery did not change the behaviour. The device immediatly ends up in the message from above after beeing connected to the charging kable with a few seconds displaying the fitbit logo at the very beginning.
Any idea what to do?

This is what ws succesfull in my case as well, but rebooting alone was not enough, I had to uninstall the app and install it as well. Then it came up with the update message. after several trials and resetting the fitbit itself it succesfully installed the update and automatically synchronised with the app.
I hope it will keep working!
