Charge 6 - lost bluetooth and won't synchronise since change to winter time this night

Hello, I have something very similar but mine started on Friday.  What is the 3 times push thing?  I can't get mine disconnected from bluetooth to try the reset either and fitbit doesn't appear to be charging but says its 41%.  I wonder if there is a wider issue.  Nothing on my fitbit is updating at all - steps and calories are as if I haven't got the device on.

Hello, update - I have just restarted the actual fit bit.  From clock screen keep swiping down (not up) until you get to Settings the from there select restart device - think it was the last option on the list once I worked out how to select it.  Have now found the button on the charger too.

Hello @AliMF it is the button on the charger that you press 3 times. 

Are you able to sync? 

Things to try

  • Restart phone, even better, shut phone off/on
  • Restart Charge 6
  • Remove the Charge 6 from the phones BT - do not remove from the Fitbit app. 
  • Clear the Fitbit Apps data. You will have to login to the Fitbit app. 
  • Try syncing through WiFi and the the phones cell data.
