I just replaced my Charge 5 with a Charge 6 a couple of hours ago. I had approximately 7500 steps, which transferred successfully to my new Charge 6., and continued counting correctly , reached 8000+ steps. But I have since lost steps, back to 5700. What's going on?

Hi @Barbadair! Welcome to our community forums!
I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 6 lost some steps.
Since your watch is new, confirm that there are no updates available, try restarting it, and then manually sync it directly from the app. Once you have restarted it, please force close your app: Settings / Aplications / Fitbit / Force quit
Use your watch as you normally would to confirm if the problem is solved.
