Another chain has been closed to new replies, so starting a new one. My new Charge 6 has notified me of low heart rates. But the app has not updated them in history. Is this an issue with Fitbit, or do I need to do something different than previously donein my setup?

I think internal software may be set to only register these things during sleep or rest and that’s not when it happens for me so it appears to ignore it. My IT skills are limited so I have figured it out yet.

Hi everyone.
Thanks for your continued reports, and efforts while working on this matter.
I'd like to share with you that Low/High Heart Rate Notifications are different than Irregular Rhythm notifications (aFib) so you won't see these notifications in your Irregular Rhythm Notification history view. For more details you can view this article: https://support.google.com/fitbit/answer/14236719
