Charge 6 missing skin temperature

I just switched from Charge 5 to Charge 6 and on the first night of sleep, no skin temperature is showing. Should the data from my Charge 5 be carried over or should it take a few days to generate this info?

As this is a new device for you, it will take a few days to generate the data.

Hoping to get a charger 6 watch sometime but know if it's worth it, can anyone give me advice on if it's worth getting? I already have a charge 5 watch, and I like that one.
