What the he double hockey sticks is happening at Fitbit Inc.?
Over the last year: Challenges gone. Spotify support on charge watches gone. Most in app full screen graphs gone. UI less customizable, you have to swap whole sections rather than individual tiles. Common guys who's looking after this product?
It gotten so bad I took the time to communicate to the company here to say something. I work in software dev, when the customer comes with a slew of complaints it's been a trucking problem for a long time and the customer finally snapped.
Also stop trying to make YouTube music happen, who uses that Regina? It feels like that brand is desperate which makes me want to try it out less, 3 months free, trump off girl. Why would I want to control YouTube from my watch?! The brand doesn't even make sense. People think videos, why would they think great! music?!
Today my watch bugged out so bad it was unresponsive to restarting even from the cable button! Fitbit the brand has really gone to trash. I am a big Google product advocate but I think Fitbit is a brand destined for the Google graveyard if things don't change. Like google play music.

Seems like Fitbit should kindly replace all of our devices or at least offer to fix our watches.

Pixel 3 watch. Agree with all complaints above. Additionally, why is the ski function so useless? I had a sport watch 25 years ago that was better. The elevation skied is always totally wrong, the elevation graph makes no sense and what's the deal with the 1 mile splits? Come on Google, get your things together.

The main reason for owning a fitbit is for sleep tracking. Last year I had 2 fitbits go out within 1 month of each other, they gave $50 off on both but could only use 1. I only make $990 a month on disability so I borrowed money to purcase another one. In short Google can afford a replacemnt and I cant borrow more money for another one. Can someone tell me a better way to record sleep without taking food off of my table?

Longtime Fitbit user and Premium member. Very unhappy with Google/Fitbit support. They can’t seem to figure out the current sleep data issue. Starting about 8 weeks ago my data has been inconsistent and incorrect. Support has been no help whatsoever and just keeps putting me off. Ready to cancel my subscription and move on to another brand. Any suggestions on a device with good sleep tracking AND good customer support?
