Charge 6 no longer shows the number on laps on swimming activities

I bought a charge 6 in July this year and been wearing it to track my swimming. It will show me information on total distance, time, pace and number of laps. However, lately it doesn't display number of laps anymore…! It still show all other information like time, distance, pace and energy burnt, but no more number of laps?

Anyone can share some clues?

Hello @Adelbaran

Are you not seeing the laps on your device or in the Fitbit app?

I know there's an issue affecting seeing exercise data in the Fitbit app. It could be that this issue affects seeing your laps.

If you're not seeing the laps in the Fitbit app, the team is aware of the exercise data problem and is working on a fix.

Hi,

I'm not seeing numbers of laps in the Fitbit app. So I guess it's a known issue then. Thanks

Hello @Adelbaran

Thank you for confirming you're not seeing the number of laps in the Fitbit app. I believe this is connected to the issue affecting exercise data syncing.

Hopefully, it won't take too much longer for the problem to be fixed.

I'm having the the same issue with laps no longer showing.  In fact, laps have disappeared from prior exercise data where they previously appeared.  I had screenshota of some of those.

Hello @Adelbaran & @PalmSpringsSwim

There's an update for the Android Fitbit app, ver 4.26.1, that started rolling out today, 25 Sep 2024. I got the update this morning. A few users reported that the iOS Fitbit app update started rolling out yesterday (24 Sep 2024) Although I haven't seen confirmation, I'm hoping that this update fixes the lap issue that you've been experiencing.

The app updates tend to rollout in waves. If you don't see the update right away, keep checking.

I confirmed I have Android Fitbit app, ver 4.26.1.  Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue with laps, which are still not appearing -- see attached.  Very disappointing.

I still have this problem with version 4.34.1. Does anyone have lengths displaying now?
