Charge 6 non syncing with app since yesterday.
Yesterday morning no sleep profile - ok, mb bad sleep. Manual enter - ok.
Steps counted 97, on the band shows more, I tried sync, but not effect.
So, yesterday in the app still 97 steps, and, looks like, no other sync available today too.
I checked, no app updates for my phone.

Hello @ShellarI
Sorry to see that you're having issues with syncing your Charge 6 to your Fitbit app.
This Fitbit article has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why won't my Fitbit sync? (<-- click link)
By any chance, are you an iOS user? I've seen iOS users reporting sync issues.

Hello, @RiekoC
Thanks for your answer and shared link!
The problem was solved silently this evening. Nothing changed in my Google Pixel 6a (Android) or Charge 6. It looks like the Fitbit app has temporary (24h-36h) problems.

Hi @ShellarI
Thanks for reporting back that the problem seems to be resolved. Hopefully, it turns out to be a one time event.
BTW, there's a new Fitbit app update, version 4.15, starting to rollout. Got my fingers crossed that this update will fix a bunch of bugs.

Yes similar happened to me last Sunday - my device wasn't syncing with my app for 4 hours, I tried everything, nothing helped; I had to ask for help from customer service, force stopping and restarting the device fixed the problem (I tried it earlier but that attempt did not solve the issue; there are more ways to do it not just the two i tried before). Syncing has been working since but 4 hours of data lost, including 2 hrs of walk.
Now i understand it was probably some kind of outage at Fitbit as you had the same issue at another point of the globe about the same time yet i wasn't given any explanation.
Today it did not measure my walk again, it shows the steps but says i walked 11 and later 14 minutes - in fact, it was a continuous 2 hrs walk again. Surely something is not right here.

My charge 6 just stopped syncing too. It's recording my steps I walk, but not applying to hourly activity on the watch. Both the device and the app not showing my hourly activity at all saying I have not met the 250 steps per hour. So, it's both the app and the watch at the moment. I reluctantly had my spouse buy Charge 6 after the Charge 5 debacle. I did update the app, the blue tooth has been switched on and off, gave the phone permission to use steps (after update).

I've been having this issue, yesterday it wouldn't sync my sleep and four of my health metrics, today it didn't sync my sleep and none of the health metrics. How do you force stop?

Hello @PePpErO
You do the force stop on the Fitbit app from your phone. For Android users:
- Go to your phone's Settings menu
- Tap on Apps
- Tap on Fitbit
- On the App info page, you should see options to Force stop, along with Open & Uninstall. Tap on Force Stop, then tap OK in the popup window.
If you are an iOS user, this page has the instructions: How to close an app (<-- click link)
