Charge 6 not adjusting the time after traveling

I have a synchronisation problem. After travel to Asia my clock does not readjust to the European time zone. Any help?

Hi @DirkJS, welcome to the Fitbit community. 

Thank you for sharing your concerns about synchronizing time on your Charge 6.

If you haven't already, I would like to recommend following the steps described in the following link: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

If you continue to experience the problem, I recommend the following:

  1. Go to your Bluetooth settings.
  2. Next to the name of your device, you will find a settings icon. Press it.
  3. Tap on the "Forget Device" option.
  4. A pop-up window will appear asking you to pair the device and you will need to tap on the "Allow" option.

Then you have to sync your device again from the Fitbit app.
