I got my charge for Black Friday. At first it was a struggle to charge, but I got it going, wore it for a week and then it died again and now I really can't charge it. I've tried all the usual things like cleaning with canned air and finding a powerful block charger. Could it be a defective charger? Anybody else have troubles charging it? I really don't want to have to return it.

It's possible it could be the charger but let's try a few things first:
1.) First make sure the back of the Charge 6 is clean, particularly the gold contacts.
2.) Next, clean the charger, particularly the gold ports. Without a strong connection to the device, it won't charge.
3.) How long have you left it on the charger? It needs to be on there for 2 hours to get a decent charge.
4.) Finally, contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask them to administer a battery test, as you could have a bad battery.

So what did you figure out. Had mine less than a week. Charged originally for setup but at day 3 and 60% charger wont charge. And yes tried all the recommendations I can find.

Hello @Fatrock
When my Charge 5 started having rapid battery loss, I restarted and recharged my device multiple times over several days. As soon as I saw a rapid drop in battery, I restarted my Charge 5 and put it on the charger until it was back to 100%, often doing this multiple times in a day. Eventually, this process got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there's no guarantee that this will work for your Charge 6, it might be worth a try.
If you try this method and it doesn't fix your rapid battery drain, the next step would be to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get the option to chat or call.
