Purchased my Fitbit 6 in Feb 2024. It worked beautifully for about 30 days. It will no longer turn on. Charging it has no effect. I've tried all recommendations. Would like to return it.

Exactly my experience today - set the Charge 6 to recharge overnight (at about 17% battery). This morning it is 100% drained (no green lights) and none of the tips have allowed it to reset. As dead as a dodo. Very dissappointed.

My experience also. Have also tried all of the tips and nothing works. Completely dead. Looking to get a refund.
