I'm disappointed in my new Charge 6 watch. I've been wearing it for a week and have logged almost NO AZM's despite just last week getting 100's by even though I'm just as active. AND my HRV has tanked too - lower than I've seen it in the 5 years I've been wearing a Fitbit. Two workouts logged zero AZM's which is impossible. It's almost as if it just freezes.
3 days ago I also wore my Charge 5 at the same time, just to see the difference and it logged tons of AZM's throughout my day and during my workouts. For example, a workout I did today on my Charge 5 showed my HR at 137, and the Charge 6 showed HR at 86 almost the whole time. I got 0 AZM's from the Charge 6 and 16 AZM's on my Charge 5 for the same workout!!!! I'm not impressed with this at all. Fitbit - what is your solution???
And yes - I checked the green light - it's on. I checked the settings and Heart Rate is on as well. How can the Charge 5 by Fitbit work better, and my brand new 'supposed to be better' Charge 6 by Google doesn't work at all???? Not Impressed.

I'm having the same issue and am superfrustrated about it. My azm's have dropped in half from where they used to be. I posted 3 or 4 days ago about it with no response. Clearly Charge 6 has issues 😞
