Hello there @Lochboisdale, welcome to the Community.

I'm happy to help you resolve this issue. The app mismatch could be due to a synchronization problem.

To troubleshoot, try restarting both your phone and your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned off. Once they're back on, sync them again.

Hello @Lochboisdale

There's an issue on the Fitbit side that affected data syncing between Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on a fix.

That said, there's an update for the Android Fitbit app, ver 4.26.1, that started rolling out today, 25 Sep 2024. I got the update this morning. At least 1 user reported that the iOS Fitbit app update started rolling out yesterday (24 Sep 2024). Although I haven't seen confirmation, I'm hoping that this update fixes the data syncing issue.

The app updates tend to rollout in waves. If you don't see the update right away, keep checking.
