Charge 6 not displaying sleep score or readiness

I upgraded from an Inspire 3 to a Charge 6 last week. Since I have had the Charge 6 it is not displaying the sleep data or readiness score on the watch itself, only on the app. It's clearly recording the data in the background it as my app displays all the info but unless I restart the device every single day, the watch itself won't tell show that info

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Same issue here! Sleep and readiness displayed in the app but never shows on the watch. Very frustrating!

I am unable to get sleep time reading as well although, like others, can read it on the app.  Very disappointed that this fault has not been rectified.

Having the same exact issue. Everything is displayed, and the app clearly records the score and data, but the watch simply won't display it. It hasn't been a week I've purchased the 6, since my Charge 5 was bricked after the new update. I'm assuming Fitbits are simply poorly built at this point. If anyone had this resolved, help! Otherwise, I'm considering a return.

I'm having the same issue. Thanks for the 'restart' idea though, because I've been doing that daily now. I wish there were a fix though.

I am having this same problem and I can't believe it has been ongoing this long and nothing has been done about it.

Hey friends,

Had same issue and was able to see by turning Bluetooth off and on on my android. Only tried it today, not sure if it will fix going forward. Hope this helps someone else.

That worked great for me. Thanks!

Mine has been giving me a sleep score and a readiness score. Today it isn't giving me either. Also, they must have changed the charts for the sleep score. I don't like it. I want to be able to check how long and when I was awake.

No it shouldn't. I get my scores usually within the first five to ten minutes when I get up.

Same issue here. Upgraded from my charge 5 which died a few weeks ago. Using android phone. It's being recorded in app, but no display on the watch. When is there going to be a fix???

I have the same problem although, over the last week or so, I have had two days when sleep is not even recorded on my app.

Someone's suggestion on here to disconnect Bluetooth and reconnect on Android does work, but there should be a permanent fix. It seems at this point it's just a low priority for them to address it. Disappointing 😞

True. Disconnecting and reconnecting the Bluetooth on the phone, then sync through the app fixes the sleep and the O2 data on the fitbit display. But this issue should be fixed soon by the developers...

Hey everyone, I was having the same exact issue when I upgraded from my Inspire 2 to the Charge 6. One thing that fixed it instantly for me was forgetting/removing my Inspire from the bluetooth list. Even though the inspire was broken (but still charged and in my house) and not connected to the fitbit app anymore, it seems like it was still trying to send the information over. As soon as I deleted the inspire from bluetooth on my iphone, the scores all instantly updated on my Charge. Hope this helps others 😊

Got this tip from fitbit support, do not know if it is a fix..

Put device in charger. Push the button on usb contact 3 times with 1 sec in between. Wait for fitbit logo to show.

Did not do any difference. Makes no sense such a tech giant cannot fix this small matter. All the widgets are set, no possibility to personalize, makes it more stupid.

I got my fitbit charge 6 3 weeks ago. The sleep score normally only shows in the watch if you switch it on and off

Google is known for that. They don't care.

Anyhow I am using ORA for that matter. And I am thinking I should go try the Amazfit again for the few things I really need from a smart watch.

This device has really proved itself stupid and I still cry over pebble they have killed by purchasing it.
