Charge 6 not displaying sleep score or readiness

I upgraded from an Inspire 3 to a Charge 6 last week. Since I have had the Charge 6 it is not displaying the sleep data or readiness score on the watch itself, only on the app. It's clearly recording the data in the background it as my app displays all the info but unless I restart the device every single day, the watch itself won't tell show that info

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I am having the same problem and I am so frustrated.  That was one of the things I want to track.

@ABG93 @BIuEyz I think those metrics may take several syncs or hours to populate on the watch. My sleep and readiness score are showing up on the watch, but I've been awake for four hours. It's possible it make take awhile for them to show up.

You have to where the watch higher up on your arm at least 2 inches above your wrist bone this worked for me also sinc every night right before you go to sleep

@Heather-S Yeah I am used to waiting a little bit but I am talking about the data not showing up after 10+ hours. The data is showing on the app so the watch is properly recording, it's just that the watch doesn't display it. I have tried updating the app, uninstalling, unpairing the watch and the data will only appear after I have reset the watch.

I am having the same issue, it shows in the app so the info (sleep score and readiness score) are there, but on the watch itself there are just dashes and says "no score". Has anyone been able to get answers on this?

I am in the exact same boat. Replying to hopefully help this thread get seen by a Mod and this issue resolved.

I'm having the same problem.  I've had it for a week now and it's clearly tracking because the scores are in the app.  but they do not appear in the watch

they've not shown up in a week of wear

Same issue - SLEEP TRACKING is one of my top desired functionality on the watch and it does NOT SHOW UP.
The data is there since I see it on the phone.

Definitely a bug in the main functionality and must be addressed soon.

Thank you!

Same issue, shows on the phone's app, not on the watch...

Came here with the same problem. The latest update still hasn't fixed the issue.

I also tried to "upgrade" from Inspire 3 to a Charge 6. Because Inspire 3 stopped working after 4 month of usage. Charge 6 just won't work from day 1. One night, I changed to large band and wearing it on the inside of wrist. That time worked. But not after that. The big bulky watch hurt my arm for well over 2 weeks. Since sleep tracker on Charge 6 did not work, I returned it to the store.

Wow, looks like this has been an issue right from when they released it. Two months and still not fixed? I've had mine for less than a week, and I'm having the Exact same issue. Quality control needs to be better. How many complaints does it take for them to resolve an issue? This is disappointing.

UPDATE:  Since my last post of a few hours ago, the sleep score is now showing on my tracker. Thank You to the Google/Fitbit tech who fixed it! Happy Holidays! 😀

So was there a fix you can share? Or do we have to call to have someone fix individually?

Thanks

I thought it was fixed, but it is just showing the score every now and then. So, it's not every day. If I learn more, I will share.

Had the same issue. But yesterday I had some Bluetooth/sync weirdness. So I deleted the device from the app and repaired it. And it pulled the sleep details right up.

I have the same issue! If I wanted to check the app, I would just get a whoop instead. That’s the whole point of having a screen.
