I just turned 16 and upgraded successfully to an adult account. However I still can only sync an Ace device. My new Charge 6 is not onscreen as an option for syncing.

Thanks all, it is working now. We just had to wait a few hours between the upgrade and the app accepting all devices and not just the Ace.

Hi @Capt104, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
I'm glad to help you with the setup of your Charge 6.
If your Ace device is still paired to your account, it may occur a conflict with a non-Kid device setup. Try to remove the Ace from your account and the retry the setup.
Note: Once you remove your Ace from your now adult account, you won't be able to set it up back. I appreciate your understanding.
I hope these instructions will be helpful. Hace a nice day!

@Capt104 Does your family use Google Family Link? Family Link has its own privacy protections and limits the device choice. You need to be removed from Family Link. You should be able to add your Charge 6, but it might take a day. You can get added back after you set up your Charge 6, but wait a day or two.
