Hi everyone
i have just bought a Fitbit Charge 6 specifically for sleep tracking but after my first night of wearing it it has tracked my ASLEEP / RESTLESS / AWAKE times but it hasn’t given me any detailed information on DEEP SLEEP / LIGHT SLEEP / REM.
Have I bought a Fitbit which doesn’t provide this information, have I set it up wrong or do I have to wait for information to be displayed - please help?

Your sleep tracking is in your FITBIT app.

Hi Lasarvo
I’m well aware of that but it didn’t track DEEP SLEEP / LIGHT SLEEP or REM (as per attached photos).

It's good to see you participating in the community @dingosdangles @Lsaravo
Thank you for sharing the details about the situation with your Charge 6 and for providing the screenshots.
Please take into consideration that there are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages:
In addition, if you continue to experience the same difficulty, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
And since the sleep stages depend on the heart rate information, I would also recommend following all the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Thankyou ManuFitbit
i did use the begin sleep button so this must of been the cause.
Can you advise me whether I should use normal sensitivity or the higher sesitivity for best results when I try again tonight?

I gotcha. I'm sorry. I have no idea. Good luck with figuring it out tho.

Hello @dingosdangles
For now, try using normal for your sleep tracking for a few nights and see how that goes before trying the sensitive setting.
If you haven't already done so, you might want to setup a sleep schedule. The link that Marie provided has the instructions on how to setup your sleep schedule in the Fitbit app. You can also set it up on your Charge 6 from the Quiet Modes in the device's Settings menu. When the Sleep schedule is on (Sleep mode), Notifications are muted, the screen is dimmed, and turning your wrist won't wake up your Charge 6. You will have to double tap to wake up your device.
