Charge 6 not notifying txt or calls on iPhone

Seen other posts on this.  I keep updating, toggling on/off notifications on phone and app..  it works for a few days (maybe) and back to square one.   This is really annoying.  
what is wrong with this version???

any help?  The instructions I’ve seen work sometimes for a few days..

Thanks for the details and checking your settings.

Just to confirm, is the issue with all notifications (phone, messages, apps, etc)? I know you have tried a lot already but please make sure your Charge 6 doesn't have the DND and Sleep Modes enabled. Also, on your phone's settings, make sure the Share System notifications are turned on and the Show Previews is set to Always or When Unlocked.
