If you post again letting us know what specific phone you are using, what steps you have tried, and whether you have any other Fitbits around or more than one device (e.g, phone and tablet) that both have the Fitbit app installed I am sure someone can work with you to fix this. Same issue here since the update. Did everything suggested in the comments, still doesn't sync. Gets about 80% synced and just stops. Mostly steps and water aren't correct in the app no matter what I do. Please fix!!

I have an iPhone 15 Pro with the latest software update. Facing the same issue and following these steps daily just to sync. i wish the dev team could find a way to resolve this issue and update their software so these sync issues don't continue
Best AnswerCharge 6 will not sync up with iPhone. Every single thing that everyone has recommended has not been successful. This is my second Charge 6. This one is less than approximately 2 years old! Help
