Charge 6 not picking up routine daily acticity

I just switched from Inspire 2 to  Charge 6. Charge 6 is not auto tracking walls OR routine activity as the Inspire 2 did as moderate or intense (as when doing housework or yard work). I am about to return the Charge. Any clues? ( Charge does do ok with tracked walks or swims).
