Charge 6 not recording heart rate

How can I fix this bug? My Fitbit has stopped measuring HRV, only showing zero. 
I have already reset the Fitbit multiple times to no avail.

Welcome back to the forums @9Ab33. 

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding this difficulty that you are experiencing with Charge 6 and for trying to fix it on your own. 

I'd like to know if you see the green light on the back of your Charge 6.

If you don't see the green light, the first thing to do is check in the Settings menu on the Charge 6 to confirm Heart Rate is turned on.

  • Swipe down from the clock face until you see the Settings tile and tap on it.
  • Swipe up to Heart rate. It should be turned on. If not, tap on it to turn it on.

I do see the green light. It's supposed to stop being visible shortly after being taken off one's wrist, right?
