Charge 6 not recording low HR notifications on app

I have received several low heart rate warnings on my band. When I check the app they have not been recorded and reported. This is a big issue with me as I have a low heart rate which will require a pacemaker. I have my low heart threshold set at 45 and the warnings on the band reported when it drops below that.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how important these notifications are for you, and I'm sorry your records won't show up. Because it's been a few days since you posted, may I know if the issue persists? Also, what is the model of your phone?

I'd like to inform you that our team is currently rolling out an update for the Fitbit app. In case you have installed it, please try to force quitting the Fitbit app and rebooting your phone. Then, test this feature in the next few days to see how it goes.

The problem persists. I have numerous low heart rate warnings a day but no
historical report is ever recorded.

I am using a Google Pixel 7 Pro.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information. I'd like to share with you that this issue has been escalated to our team and they're currently working to get it resolved as soon as possible. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. While we don't have a time frame for the fix, I'll update this thread once we have more information.
