The more I read about the Charge 6 the more it seems that they just stop working to record sleep and never recover. The help on this forum seems completely useless, reminiscent of Microsoft forums to the point that anyone who wants any help would be advised to avoid this forum altogether.
Has anyone's Charge 6 that has stopped recording sleep ever started again?

Charge 6 stopped recording sleep stages. Even bought another charge 6 w same result. It’s as if I am not a premium member. Bit shows up as active. Frustrating.

My wife never gets sleep stages on her Inspire 3 or Charge 6 and I suspect that it is because of a heart arrhythmia that she was recently diagnosed with, which the Inspire 3 was unable to detect. If the device has trouble measuring HRV, then it can't determine sleep stages either.
Try running an ECG test with your Charge 6 to see if your ECG test result is 'normal', 'irregular' or 'inconclusive'. If it is 'normal', then that is not the reason why you are not getting sleep stages.

I ran an ECG and it was 'normal'. What is HRV?

HRV is Heart Rate Variability and that is one of the heart metrics that is measured to help determine sleep stages.

The watch seems to be recording heart rate correctly. Until a week ago it had been giving me sleep data without fail for about 2 months. Then it just stopped and hasn't resumed. I've tried all the usual advice on here including resetting the watch and making sure my wrists haven't become hairy or tattooed but it no longer gives data. What on earth is going on? What can I do?
