I've seen this reported already, but it seems like there isn't much help around this issue other than unacceptable workarounds, and then the topic gets dropped.
Ultimately what is happening is that the sleep data and readiness data never show up on the tracker itself, but successfully display inside the app on my phone (Pixel 7 pro). So, the tracking functionality actually works, but the data never shows up on the tracker.
What I have tried that got it to work that is an unacceptable workaround:
What I would have expected to work and did not that would still be silly to accept as a workaround:
Anyone else experiencing this? Any Fitbit support folks who actually know what the problem is and can confirm whether this is a bug that we just have to wait on a fix for? If at the very least it is accepted as a bug it will help explain things.
I just got this device after needing to replace my Charge 5, and I'm about to return it. I was already on the fence about going back to Fitbit. This really doesn't help.

@wajdi I have no answer other than it's very hit or miss. Sometimes it'll show up, sometimes it doesn't. It's been like this on various devices for years. Unfortunately, I don't rely on my device to show me my sleep or readiness score, I just look at my app. Wish I had better news!

Hello @wajdi
This is a known bug and has been escalated to the team. You can submit your own bug report through the Fitbit app:
Although you probably won't get a response, the team receives & reviews the feedback.
I understand that you would like to see the sleep & readiness score on your Charge 6. Since you do see the scores in the app, that's good news. It means that your data was successfully uploaded to your account on the Fitbit servers. So, there's no loss of your data.
