Charge 6 not showing steps in app

The STEPS count does not appear on the app AT ALL. The rest of the parameters do. How is this possible? I can only see my steps on my watch. Please help me to resolve this. I have the watch 4 one week and already this annoying problem. Thank you

Are you still having the issue of not seeing your steps in the Fitbit app?

Have you had a chance to check the Fitbit.com on-line dashboard to see if your steps were recorded there?
