Charge 6 not syncing after a iOS update

It seems synching my Fitbit 6 HR is a problem since upgrading my ios system on my 15 Pro Max. Have to turn bluetooth on and off to synch. 

Ive done restarts on both phone and device.  

anyone else having an issue?

I’ve done everything the article suggests. I still need to turn Bluetooth on and off to get a synch.

Hello there @jducpa, thanks for the updates on your case. 

There is a specific setting that I'd like to double check on your iPhone that allows the app to keep syncing while the app is closed. It is called Background App Refresher. When Background App Refresh is enabled, apps can check for new data and updates even when you're not using them. 

From your iPhone settings, scroll down until you find the Fitbit app. Tap on it, and you should see an option for background app refresh. This option will either be labeled "On" or "Off." If it's currently on, turn it off for a few seconds.
