I called yesterday and they walked me through the process of trying to show sleep, breathing, and heart rate information. To no avail. I was assured that the steps we took yesterday would solve the problem. This morning, I check all the data, and nothing changed. I even purchased an extended warranty for this watch. Presently, this has been a waste of good money and time. What is your next suggestion?

Same process, same advice. The recommended solution did not work for me. Will never but another FitBit.

Hello @RetiredinPa
Call Support and tell them that none of the troubleshooting steps fixed your Charge 6 and request a replacement.

I’ve been wearing a Fitbit since 2016 so I know how to wear it and use it. That’s not the issue.
How do I return it?

The versa 3 is the same exact way. Watch does not work as it originally did. Fitbit is no longer able to keep up with the updates and it really does not provide all of the solutions it's supposed to. How often are you supposed to reset your watch and reset it back up so that it may work for a week or so. I'm looking for a new product

I’ve worn a Charge 5 for about two years when it suddenly stopped tracking sleep and health metrics a couple of months ago. I decided maybe I just needed to upgrade so I bought a Charge 6. The Charge 6 hasn’t been any better. If I wake up in the middle of the night it stops recording sleep at that point even though I go back to sleep. Sometimes it doesn’t record any sleep at all. Also I might be lucky to get even 1 Health Metric reading. I’ve called Fitbit and they gave me the standard procedures to try and nothing solves any issue. I’ll be getting a refund and give a different brand a try.

Finally got it to sync, but for how long ! Very disappointed in the Fitbit App. I think resolution of the problem should be sent to all these people who experience problems with the synching app or create an update which will resolve all the problems encountered because if it continues to have problem... no more Fitbit for me.

It's the end of 2025 and I consistently have this issue with no help from Fitbit. It's like they don't want out business. My device is almost out of warranty, and I fully expect it to crap out soon after, and I will not be buying another product from under the Google/fit it tracker/smartwatch products because the quality is crap and support is non-existent.

I'm about fed up too. Having this same problem and the advice is: Just restart your phone ... Every singe day. This isn't a sustainable workaround.

Same here! There's a bunch of us having this problem. I started a thread over here thT will hopefully allow us to organize our complaints in one space. Maybe if we get enough attention, Fitbit/google will do something 🤷:female_sign: Here's the link to my post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-6/Charge-6-Restart-Phone-Every-Day-to-Sync/m-p/5785023#M24926
