Hi,
I have a Charge 6 that does not sync automatically, and whenever I try it manually, it takes very long and/or does not work.
I've had a Charge 3 before this that would be updated automatically all the time, so my weekly overview email was very useful. Now I just get an empty mail saying I've gone down in my steps drastically, but that's not the case: the fitbit just didn't record and sync it right.
I want it to sync without having to open the app all the time, because that doesn't even work most of the times. The last time it synced was a week ago.
Anyone have a good solution? I work with an iPhone 14 pro max.

Hi @anneruthh - Hopefully restarting as @DramaQueenDiva will help with the glitch of not manually syncing. I wanted to let you know that you do have to use the app and manually sync it if you want the full data report.

I have had mine 32 days if the not syncing is when the sleep data does not appear innthe watch then half the days it does not sync No data today in the watch but the app. Not sure why you are bothered about it not syncing but if you are and live in a market where can change it change it for another fitbit model as the charge 6 is generally considered a lemon in syncing and strap connection. I would have changed mine in first few days if lived in area that was easy . Like a bad design of anything always be issues

I would check your settings, is fitbit allowed to run while in the background? Is Fitbit allowed to use BT, WiFi, Cellular while running in background?
