Charge 6 not syncing properly

Charge 6 not syncing steps from iPhone. . Every time I sync it takes my steps away. I currently have over 7000 steps but the watch takes it back to 1700. I’ve tried all of these quick fixes. I’ve been using charge 2,3,4,5 and not had that problem. I’m ready to give up my Fitbit. It’s too unreliable.

There's a known issue on the Fitbit side that affect step tracking. The team is aware of the issue and is working on fixing the problem. However, I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

I'm going to submit your posts to be added to the bug report.

For now, there's no troubleshooting steps that we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side.
