Charge 6 not tracking AZM as Charge 5

Had a Charge 5 for a few years prior, bought the Charge 6 recently as an "upgrade". On the 5, I would do a -say 30 min- super set of weights that would register afterwards as something like "27 zone mins". Just a few mins ago, I did 8 sets of heavy deadlifts over a 25 min period, and the 6 said "0 zone mins". Not sure what settings i might have not transferred over from the 5, but where do I go from here?

Hey there @shaukol, it's nice to see a new face around!

I hope you're enjoying your brand new Charge 6. There are a few things to consider when it comes to the Active Zone Minutes (AZM) functionality.

Make sure your Charge 6 is fitted comfortably on your wrist. Vigorous arm movements can impact heart rate accuracy.

You can also customize your AZM settings. To do this:

  • From the Today tab, find the Heart Rate tile.
  • Tap on it, then tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
  • Under "Exercise," you'll find Heart Rate Zones.
  • Adjust the higher and lower values for these zones as desired.

I'm spying on this question as I have same one...I'm not sure I'm seeing how to adjust the values of the zones beyond just adding a custom zone, am I missing something?  Also, if I create a custom zone will that still recond minutes in that zone, even if it's bottom isn't within the assigned fat burn zone?
