I bought a new Charge 6 two days ago from Google after I lost my Charge 5 when the band fell off in a lake. The new Fitbit is not tracking specific exercises. It will detect an exercise, and I will accept it, but it reports only "moderate activity". I swam this morning, told it I was swimming, told it when I stopped, but it reported it only as "vigorous activity". What can I do to fix this?
Furthermore, you'll see the heart rate zone graph is incorrectly offset. I'm surprised by this poor quality.
This is on a Samsung Galaxy S21 running Android 14, Fitbit firmware version 66.20001.210.26

Hello @SLP5 and welcome to the Community. Please tap on your Exercise tile to see your activities by name and details. You can earn zone minutes in increments as small as one minute, without doing enough activity to create an exercise record.
I’m sorry, but I can’t help you with the graph error.

Hello @SLP5
The Fitbit app has been updated so all your exercise information is in the Exercise tile now and not in the Active Zone Minutes section.

Hello @SLP5
Wish I could tell you more, like the reasoning behind the changes. But we're Fitbit users, like you, who volunteer to help out other users and don't have any insight to why changes are made to the app or devices.
