Hello @Anaolvida
Based on the limited information in your post and title, I'm guessing that you might be having problems with heart rate tracking.
If this is the case, do you see a green light on the back of your Charge 6? The green light is the heart rate sensor. To check it, place your finger on the back of the device. You should see the green light when you lift your finger.
If you don't see a green light, the first thing to check is that Heart Rate is still turned on in the Charge 6's Settings menu:
- Swipe down from the clock face until you get to the Settings tile and tap on it.
- Swipe up until you see Heart Rate and confirm that it's turned on. If not, tap on it to turn it back on.
If Heart Rate is turned on in the Charge 6 Settings and you still don't see a green light, the next step is to contact Support (<-- click link). Complete the prompts until you get to the option to chat or call.

Hi @Anaolvida
Woohoo! I'm glad to see that your Charge 6 is back to working properly.
Every now & then, my Fitbit will act up and I'll find a setting got changed somehow. So, you might not have turned off Heart rate. 😉

I've been having this same problem for over two weeks. In the app on my phone, it says I have a HR variability score but then shows nothing and doesn't give me a sleep score, etc. I have restarted the device multiple times and deleted the app on my phone and restarted everything. I've placed the device in different places each night to see if that makes a difference and nothing. Also, after reinstalling the app, the option to set up receiving notifications for messages has disappeared completely. The HR sensor is on and working. I am getting a HR on the watch all the time, but something is still not connecting appropriately.
